Do you feel as though the route Archipelago has taken is the best way for ECNs to ensure their survival?
I can't speak for other ECNs, but by becoming an exchange, Arca will graduate to a higher life form, have the ability to list stocks and reduce our costs of operations. The Archipelago Exchange
