The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) may have finally found the solution to the series of problems it has endured in its efforts to migrate to an automated trading floor. The Exchange is planning to replace its decades-old proprietary Canadian Automated Trading System (Cats) with a system developed by the Paris Bourse -- an exchange with which the TSE is also establishing a strategic relationship.
