Tibco Launches New Rendezvous, Rebrands Talarian

LONDON--Tibco Software has launched version 7.0 of its TIB/Rendezvous messaging product, as well as a new version of Tibco Enterprise for JMS (Java Message Service).
TIB/RV 7.0 has three key advantages over previous versions, says Fred Meyer, Tibco’s chief strategist. The first is that version 7.0 understands when a user is in point-to-point mode.
