Survey: Financial IT Wages Up in London

LONDON—In the results of its annual salary survey of financial IT professionals in London, Thomson Keene, an executive IT recruitment company, sees a reversal in average wage declines that began in 2001.

Thomson Keene surveyed "a wide range of individuals across banks, brokerage houses, asset managers, hedge funds and sector vendors." Overall, the survey shows financial IT jobs in London (including the City and the Docklands sections) being remunerated 9.2 percent more on average in 2003-2004
