From the Exchange Shutdown Dept.: Mugger is happy to report that during TTW's hiatus the Chicago Board of Trade resumed trading on its after-hours electronic platform, Project A, on Sunday, August 16, at 6 p.m. There was a break in service caused by a recurring frame relay problem with its network service provider, MCI Worldcom. The CBOT's emergency backup plan was disengaged and MCI Worldcom took over after it downgraded to a previous version of its system software; bugs in a recent software
