's former vice president of product development, Scott Powell, has joined the engineering team of Englewood, Colorado-based New Era of Networks (Neon). In his new post as vp of product development, Powell will be responsible for leading the Neonet messaging and queuing team, and providing links between Neonet and IBM's MQ Series middleware. At Open Horizon, based in South San Francisco, California, Powell was responsible for helping the companyOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
