Chemical Bank is in the process of finishing up its global deployment of the Isis + Orbix product, a so-called middleware application developed jointly by Marlboro, Mass.- based Isis Distributed Systems Inc. and Dublin, Ireland- based Iona Technologies Ltd. Chemical purchased Isis + Orbix -- which has not yet been officially released to the market -- from Stratus Computer Inc. subsidiary Isis to speed up all of its application development cycles. The bank is initially using the Isis + Orbix
