Garban ETC and MTS Launch Japanese Government Bond Trading
TRANSACTION SYSTEMS
TOKYO--The Japanese Government Bond (JGB) market opened up to foreign electronic systems last week with the approval of both Garban's Electronic Trading Community (ETC) platform and MTS Japan. The two systems became the first to be approved by Japan's FSA regulatory body and began trading in the lucrative market on Friday.
