Merrin Financial Still Part Of ADP Following Bridge Sale; But For How Long?

ORDER MANAGEMENT & ROUTING

NEW YORK--ADP's sale of its market data business to Bridge Information Systems did not include trade-order management developer Merrin Financial or the other software companies that are part of ADP's brokerage services unit, including Wilco International and ICI.

Whether that means ADP is committed to hold on to Merrin for the long term, however, is unclear. Rumors have swirled about Merrin and ADP almost since the day two years ago that the Roseland, New Jersey-based company bought Merrin.
