Connectivity Issues Place First Qtr. Start For Fxall in Peril

LONDON--Multi-bank trading portal Fxall is unlikely to meet its deadline for a first quarter launch because many banks are still in the process of installing or selecting technology to connect to Fxall's trading platform.

Phil Weisberg, chief executive officer of Fxall in New York, says, "We are currently testing software with a number of customers and liquidity providers and won't launch the site until testing is complete. It is difficult to say when this will be."
