Terence Chapman Looks For Buyer

LONDON--Financial IT consultancy The Terence Chapman Group announced last week that it is open to merger or takeover offers, following poor half-year results and a recent earnings warning of worse-than-expected full year results in August.

The firm blames IT spending cuts, particularly in the use of consultants, in its core investment banking market for its dismal outlook.
