Dresdner Uses Calypso’s FX Processing, Looks to Phase Out Internal System

FRANKFURT--Dresdner Bank is slated to go live with a new global foreign exchange processing system from San Francisco-based Calypso Technology in June. The install is one of the first projects resulting from the formation of Dresdner’s transaction banking division. The division’s next focus will be on money market processing.

The new FX processing system will address functional requirements and also give Dresdner the flexibility, scalability and performance needed to take in third-party business
