Reuters Scraps' Project Gateway'

NEW YORK—Reuters has stopped work on the Reuters Gateway project and instead will re-deploy resources to focus on an enhanced version of the Reuters DataFeed (RDF) and the development of a new direct exchange access product, the Reuters Direct Feed Service, officials tell DWT.

"Project Gateway is stopped. That is correct," says Peter Lankford, vice-president and head of real-time content management for Reuters.
