IPC To Acquire Mxnet With Bid That Reuters Is Unlikely To Beat, Say Sources

NEW YORK--IPC Information Systems appears set to acquire Mxnet, an outsourcer of market data platforms for smaller user firms that has recently attracted the attention of Reuters (TTW, February 16).
