NEW YORK AND BOSTON--Thomson ESG and the Depository Trust and Clearing Company (DTCC) are forming a joint venture that they believe will help the industry take an essential step toward the realization of straight through processing of securities transactions and the achievement of a T+1 settlement cycle.
