Chemical Taps Tech Hackers: 200 Software Licenses In NY

Chemical Bank has installed some 200 licenses for a range of spreadsheet add-on applications from Tech Hackers Inc. The software will be shared among the bank's community of 425 traders in New York City. As part of the implementation, the bank has integrated Tech Hackers' software with its existing trading room technology platform -- including Reuters' Triarch 2000 digital data distribution system and Applix Inc.'s Applix Real Time spreadsheets.
