Greenpeace Storms the IPE: An Eyewitness Account

LONDON--Last week, just before 2 p.m. on Feb. 16, I witnessed approximately 50 Greenpeace activists storming the floor of the International Petroleum Exchange (IPE) near London’s Tower Bridge. They successfully halted outcry trading for more than 60 minutes.
