• Paul Judge has been selected to fill the newly created position of vice president of technology at TLX Trading Network. He will be responsibile for overseeing the integration of the Tradinglinx system, a workflow system for post-execution/pre-settlement securities trade processing as well as overseeing the development of interfaces and connectivity solutions. Prior to joining TLX, Judge was vice president and manager of Merrill Lynch's electronic connectivity systems department for the CICG
