Bankers Trust was poised to sign a global deal with Dow Jones Telerate as D&IS sister publication Inside Market Data last went to press (IMD, July 29). The new deal is to supersede Bankers' earlier plans to allow its use of Telerate to wither to as little as possible, in favour of Knight-Ridder Financial's datafeeds and news (D&IS, 24 April, 1995).
