Charles Willis
joined Reuters Instinet subsidiary as its managing director for the Asia/Pacific region. Willis, who was recently chief operating officer for Daiwa Securities Asia, is based in Hong Kong, and he is reporting to Geoffrey Flynn, Instinet Pacific's chief executive. Before Daiwa, Willis had been a director for Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and Jardine Fleming in Hong Kong. Instinet's international business has been growing much more rapidly than its core operations in the US, and theOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
