BNP Bolsters Outreach to Buy Side

NEW YORK—BNP Paribas has bolstered its outreach to the buy side with a major consolidation of its Swift messaging infrastructure, and an endorsement of a back-to-front office grafting of third-party services from Bloomberg and Omgeo.
For state-of-the-art SwiftNet FIN connections to the buy side, the bank has been using middleware vendor SeeBeyond Technology's product, eGate, version 4.1.2, to consolidate its messaging infrastructure for SwiftNet FIN connectivity, bank officials tell DWT.
