US Agencies’ Paper Focuses on Back Office

RECOVERY AND CONTINUITY

WASHINGTON, D.C.--Three US federal governmental agencies have clearly focused their latest set of disaster recovery and business continuity (DR/BC) guidelines on clearing and settlement activities, sidestepping the front-office trading operations issues.

The trio also backed away from its previous guideline that suggested firms locate their disaster recovery site hundreds of miles away from their primary offices.
