Ixnet Continues Its Buying Spree; Hires Veteran Bill Adilletta As CTO

NEW YORK--Ixnet continues to build its financial technology services war chest and client list through the second company it has purchased in as many weeks. It has also brought in trading systems veteran William Adilletta as its chief technology officer, a new position.

The provider of carrier and managed network services which has lately been aggressively targeting the professional financial services market, says that it has paid $26.5 million in cash and stock for Business Networks of New York
