Not to be confused with the Reuter Monitor Dealing System -- the high-speed telex used for forex -- RDTS goes one step further by electronically executing orders. In addition to its transactional capabilities, RDTS will gateway to news and information on the Reuter Integrated Data Network.
But RDTS won't be integrated on the integrated network. It will be a network unto itself, says Reuters, so RDTS customers wanting IDN data will need a second line. Reuters won't say much about the RDTS net, but
