CBA Subsidiary Leverages Its Intranet With New Web Server & Push System

MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY

Commonwealth Securities, the securities brokerage subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), has teamed up with Trade Centre Products to build a prototype of an intranet-based, real-time data delivery platform using CSK Software's Slingshot Web Server technology.

Early this year, Commonwealth purchased a 50-user license for Slingshot Professional and the Slingshot Developer Kit. Trade Centre Products sells and supports CSK Software's technology in Australia.
