Larsson Ends Term as OM CEO

SPECIAL REPORT

STOCKHOLM--Per Larsson officially vacated his post as CEO of OM last week, leaving behind more questions than answers about his exit from the Swedish exchange technology vendor.

Larsson’s departure was part of OM’s merger agreement with the HEX Helsinki Exchange, announced last month (TTW, May 26), and in a statement released at the time, Larsson is quoted as saying that it was "time for a new CEO to take charge." Former deputy CEO Magnus Bocker was named acting CEO for the interim.
