NEW YORK--When Onebond chief executive officer Paul Zajac was responsible for evaluating emerging electronic fixed income systems at PaineWebber, he immediately recognized the need for a single aggregator of these multiple systems. Less than two years later, he is on the verge of launching Onebond, a fixed income portal that collects and displays the combined books of the various bond trading systems currently flooding the marketplace.
