NY Nationsbanc/CRT Office To Close; 100 Staffers Will Be Offered Positions

NEW YORK--The Nationsbanc/CRT Services primary dealer derivatives and foreign exchange trading floor at 7 Hanover Square in New York will be closing, say bank officials.
"We have decided that we will close it down over the next several months as we run down the book," says a spokesperson for Nations bank, a US super-regional bank based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
