If all goes according to plan, Bank Austria's New York City-based trading operation will soon become the first U.S. installation of BT North America Inc.'s Open Trading System (OTS) integrated digital data distribution and video- switching system. The bank will deploy OTS for its 16- position midtown Manhattan trading facility as part of an infrastructure upgrade.
