NEW YORK AND LONDON--FIX Protocol Ltd. held its US Steering Committee meeting last week. Items on the agenda included the selection of Capital Research as a member of the committee and the appointment of Peter White of Goldman Sachs & Co. as broker co-chairman of the FPL Technical Committee.
Capital Research, a Los Angeles-based institutional customer, will replace Nicholas Applegate on the U.S. Steering Committee. In addition, Peter White of Goldman Sachs & Co. was selected to succeed Sam
