CME Slams DNI's 'Blackbird' Platform; DNI Says Service Should Not Be Regulated

CHICAGO--A Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) official criticized what he sees as a regulatory disparity between the traditional derivatives exchanges and the new electronic transaction systems, citing the example of Blackbird, the US-based, electronic derivatives exchange operated by Derivatives Net, Inc. (DNI).
