SunGard Moving Brass to C#, .Net

JERSEY CITY, N.J.--Responding to customer concerns, SunGard Trading Systems (STS) will upgrade its Brass sell-side order management system (OMS) and its Universal Market Access (UMA) quote management and market-making system, re-engineering them on Microsoft’ s C# (C-sharp) programming language and the .Net development environment, officials say.
Beginning next month, STS will offer Brass, UMA, and PowerNet, the order-routing system, in a single interface on C#. The upgrades will be rolling out
