LOTUS/Sun Joint Development Could Bring 1-2-3 To UNIX

Lotus Development Corp. took a big step into the UNIX environment on July 18, when it announced a joint development and marketing effort with Sun Microsystems Inc. With this agreement, Lotus will design software for Sun's family of SPARC-, 68000- and 80386-based workstations.
Neither Lotus nor Sun will disclose the terms of the agreement. Spokesmen for both companies confirm that the brunt of the development work will be carried out by Lotus.
The announcement does not say which Lotus products are
