Barclays Shelves Tandem Workstation Development

At Barclays Bank, where a deadline is a deadline, plans to develop and install a new dealer workstation in conjunction with Tandem Computer Inc. have been put off. In scheduling its London relocation initiative, Barclays shelved the project after determining that it couldn't guarantee installation by the early December 1989 cut-over date.
