CSK Micrognosis Inc. has appointed Takuma Amano its chief executive officer. Amano -- who most recently served as managing director in charge of investment banking for Swiss Bank Corp. in Japan -- has replaced Jack Fujieda, who has retained his post as co-chairman of Micrognosis.
