Thomson's Bond Buyer Expanding Muni Bond Service, Adds Database

The Bond Buyer section of Thomson Corp.'s American Banker/Bond Buyer (AB/BB) unit has launched MuniView, a municipal bond descriptive database, accessed via dialup. MuniView will later join muni bond and other fixed-income and equities services from the Thomson Financial Networks (TFN) and Thomson Financial Information (TFI) groups of market data companies on a unified Thomson Institutional Workstation platform aimed at institutional investors (IMD, Jan. 21).
