Infotech Emerges As Possible Buyer For Wang's Shark

Wang Laboratories Inc. may have finally found a buyer for its Wang Financial Information Services Corp. (WFISC) subsidiary, distributor of its Shark market data products, sources say. But they say the sale, following several months of fruitless campaigning, will be for even less than the $15 million sources last month said Wang was asking for WFISC (IMD, Feb. 5).
