Tech Data Chief To Step Down This Summer

Jock Ferguson, president of Thomson Financial Services unit Technical Data, is stepping down at the end of his contract term, which expires late this summer. Tech Data's fortunes are tied to those of its exclusive redistributor Dow Jones Markets, which reported revenue growth of just 1.9 per cent last year.
The announcement that Ferguson would be departing comes five months after Roland Beaulieu became president and CEO of Thomson Trading Services, which includes Tech Data, Autex, Thomson
