Company Fueled By Warburg Capital Buys Citi's Fame

As expected, Citicorp has sold the assets of Fame Software Corp. to a new company jointly formed by venture capital firm E.M. Warburg Pincus & Co. and startup Silberstein & Co. The new venture is known as Fame Information Services Inc.
