Paul MacGregor has been promoted to fill the slot of head of commercial services for the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE). The position was vacated two weeks ago by Fraser Cowie, who was promoted to director of sales for the exchange (IMD, July 19). MacGregor, who previously headed marketing within Cowie's commercial services group, will continue to report to Cowie. The marketing function at Liffe is now being centralized following its shift to a for-profit
