Ken Burenga Retires From Dow Jones; Reorganisation Follows

NEW YORK--Ken Burenga has rolled up his sleeves for the last time.

He will retire as president and chief operating officer at Dow Jones & Co., effective December 31, 1998. He will also retire his position as a member of the company's board of directors.

Dow Jones is not naming any successors to the post of president or chief operating officer but the company has realigned the organisation under its chairman Peter Kann, who will now have direct reports into him. Most visibly, L. Gordon Crovitz
