Thomson Financial Services (TFS) has begun the process of consolidating its Technimetrics, CDA/Spectrum, and CDA/Investnet institutional offerings under the aegis of the First Call Corp. The three services will be divided among four new business divisions within First Call; the heads of which will all report to president, Brent Delehey. While the integration is not yet complete, some processes--such as the matching of databases--have been finalized. We'll keep you posted as the story develops.
