NEW YORK--The fundamental issue in dispute in the suit filed by Reuters against Ixnet (see related story, this issue) was the amount of money owed by Reuters to Ixnet for distributing its data services over Ixnet's IP-based infrastructure.
The suit, filed in New York State Court, reveals details on the revenue split between Reuters and Ixnet and offers details on where the discrepancy may lie.
