HyperFeed Revamping Active8, TRS
INSIDE MARKET DATA SIA SHOW 2005 REVIEW
US ticker plant vendor HyperFeed Technologies has unveiled new versions of the former Telerate Active8 display and TRS data distribution platform that it has licensed from Reuters (IMD, May 30).
HyperFeed has rebranded TRS as MADgrid and Active8 as Dashboard. The vendor launched the products in their new guise at last week's SIA show and discussed several significant changes to the deployment models.
Whereas Telerate had used the Web-based Active8 to distribute its data, HyperFeed will market
