Bridge News Employees May Strike in London

LONDON--Bridge Information Systems' attempt to sell Bridge News may have been complicated this week by an announcement that Bridge News journalists in the UK may strike over severance pay issues.

Forty Bridge News journalists have decided unanimously to officially vote on whether or not to go on strike. A final decision will be announced on July 19 or July 20, says Jeremy Dear, the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) organizer.
