Frank Guerrera has been named CTO of State Street Bank, based in Boston. Guerrera recently left Reuters as vice president, project management (IMD, February 9). Guerrera also spent time at JP Morgan & Co. in New York and at Fidelity Investments in Boston.
Aki Hashmi, formerly of Reuters', has become vice president, marketing at Quote.com. Hashmi replaces Grant Slade who joined the California-based Internet market data vendor last year.
