BarCap, Reuters Partner For RTX

LONDON—Barclays Capital (BarCap) will be among the sell-side firms that have signed up to provide trade execution and clearing services to clients of Reuters Trading for Exchanges (RTX), an electronic transaction capability for traders in exchange-traded markets that is in its last phase of development.
The combined capabilities are intended to enhance the Reuters 3000 Xtra front-end system, say Reuters and Barclays Capital officials.
The new Reuters trading tool will be released to the market
