TT, TradeMaven Settle Patent Suit
VENDOR UPDATE
NEW YORK—Derivatives software vendor Trading Technologies (TT) last week announced that it has settled a patent lawsuit with TradeMaven.
At issue were two versions of TradeMaven's Trade Window product and another product TradeMaven produced for Peregrine Financial Group that TT claimed infringed upon its patents.
Under the agreement, TradeMaven admitted to infringing upon TT's patents and agreed that TT's patents are valid. The company will hand over $250,000 in damages in exchange for TT
