Flatley Leaves BAS for Deutsche Bank

NEW YORK—Rob Flatley, former managing director of electronic trading services at Banc of America Securities (BAS), has defected to Deutsche Bank Securities to serve as managing director and head of global electronic execution.
Flatley, who started at the Deutsche Bank group on May 1, says he is attracted to the bank because of its global reach. "They're significantly global in multiple asset classes and a serious player in every market—Europe, Asia and North America," he tells DWT. "The footprint
