Rosenblatt Securities has hired Scott Burrill as director of product development and analytics. Burrill has worked for more than 17 years in the financial services industry, and his trading technology experience includes evaluating order management systems (OMSes), designing algorithms, and working on pre-trade and post-trade transaction cost analysis (TCA). His career includes stints at Russell Investment Group, Calpers and Westpeak Global Advisors. Rosenblatt officials
